Best Home Inspectors in Humble, TX

Superior Real Estate Inspections understands that purchasing a home is likely one of the largest—and most exciting—investments you will ever make. It can be difficult to separate emotions from a decision influenced by a home’s location, style, and setting. A professional home inspection helps remove uncertainty by giving you a clear, unbiased understanding of the property so you can make a confident and informed decision.

Our philosophy is simple: inspect every home with the utmost care, be thorough in every detail, and clearly explain our findings to each client. Michael Kovacik, a licensed and highly credentialed home inspector, personally performs inspections with a strong commitment to accuracy, transparency, and client education. During your inspection, we also review the top 10 defects commonly found in homes, helping you better understand current conditions and future considerations.

Whether you need a pre-purchase, pre-listing, new construction, or general home inspection, Superior Real Estate Inspections is available to discuss how our services can meet your needs. We also offer a Virtual Home Inspection Tour, developed by the American Society of Home Inspectors, to help clients better understand the inspection process and results.

As an ICC-Certified Residential Combination Inspector (RCI), I provide comprehensive inspection services that ensure both new construction and existing properties meet the highest safety and compliance standards. HUD regulations require ICC-certified inspectors for new construction, structural repairs, and renovations in areas without local code enforcement. My certifications include Residential Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing inspections, allowing me to evaluate all major systems under one inspection.

The International Code Council (ICC) administers the oldest and most respected certification program for construction code professionals in the United States. Because of these rigorous standards, the FHA recognizes ICC certification as sufficient and of high quality, eliminating the need for separate FHA standardization.

I have extensive experience working with mortgage lenders, appraisal management companies, and homeowners, providing detailed reports and documentation that meet all regulatory and lending requirements. Safety, compliance, and accuracy are taken seriously on every inspection.

If you are looking for an inspector who combines experience, advanced certification, and clear communication, I invite you to contact Superior Real Estate Inspections today to learn how we can help protect your investment and give you peace of mind.

As an ICC-certified RCI, I provide a range of inspection services to ensure that new constructions and existing properties meet the highest safety standards.

HUD regulations now require the use of ICC-certified RCIs and Combination Inspectors (CIs) for new construction, as well as structural repairs and renovations of existing properties in areas where the local jurisdiction does not provide building code enforcement and requisite documentation. My certifications as a Residential Building Inspector, Residential Electrical Inspector, Residential Mechanical Inspector, and Residential Plumbing Inspector allow me to perform inspections across all of these disciplines.

The Code Council’s certification program is the oldest, largest, and most prestigious credentialing program for construction code administration and enforcement professionals in the U.S. As a result, FHA acknowledges that there is no longer a need to maintain and administer its own standardization process for inspectors. This means that my ICC certification is recognized by the FHA as sufficient and of high quality.

To become an RCI, an inspector must hold certifications in the four residential disciplines mentioned above. To become a CI, an inspector must hold these same four residential certifications as well as their four commercial equivalents. Each certification may be obtained by passing the applicable exam, which can be found within ICC’s Exam Catalog.

I offer comprehensive inspection services that adhere to these high standards of safety and compliance. My expertise as an RCI includes new construction inspections, structural repairs, and renovations of existing properties. I have extensive experience working with mortgage and appraisal management companies and can provide detailed reports and documentation that meet all necessary requirements.

I understand that the safety and compliance of a property are of utmost importance, and I take this responsibility very seriously. I provide efficient, reliable, and thorough inspections to ensure that all properties meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Please contact me today to learn more about my inspection services and how I can help you ensure that your property meets all necessary safety and compliance requirements.
