Superior Real Estate Inspections realizes that the purchase of a home is probably the largest and most exciting investment you will ever make. It is difficult to remove any emotional attachment you may have for a home due to it's location, style, setting, etc. A home inspection will help you learn as much as you can about the property you are considering buying in an effort to help you make a more informed decision as a buyer.
Our philosophy at Superior Real Estate Inspections is to inspect each home with the utmost care, to be thorough, and to explain our findings clearly to each client. Michael Kovacik is a licensed home inspector.
Whether you need a pre-purchase, pre-list, or general home inspection, a Superior Real Estate Inspections inspector is available to discuss how our services can meet your needs. Our impartial and experienced inspector can help you make an educated real estate investment. We will discuss with you the top 10 defects found in most homes
Superior Real Estate Inspections would like to provide you a Virtual Home Inspection Tour, created by the American Society of Home Inspectors.
As an ICC-certified RCI, I provide a range of inspection services to ensure that new
constructions and existing properties meet the highest safety standards.
HUD regulations now require the use of ICC-certified RCIs and Combination Inspectors
(CIs) for new construction, as well as structural repairs and renovations of existing
properties in areas where the local jurisdiction does not provide building code
enforcement and requisite documentation. My certifications as a Residential Building
Inspector, Residential Electrical Inspector, Residential Mechanical Inspector, and
Residential Plumbing Inspector allow me to perform inspections across all of these
disciplines.
The Code Council’s certification program is the oldest, largest, and most prestigious
credentialing program for construction code administration and enforcement
professionals in the U.S. As a result, FHA acknowledges that there is no longer a need to
maintain and administer its own standardization process for inspectors. This means that
my ICC certification is recognized by the FHA as sufficient and of high quality.
To become an RCI, an inspector must hold certifications in the four residential
disciplines mentioned above. To become a CI, an inspector must hold these same four
residential certifications as well as their four commercial equivalents. Each certification
may be obtained by passing the applicable exam, which can be found within ICC’s Exam
Catalog.
I offer comprehensive inspection services that adhere to these high standards of safety
and compliance. My expertise as an RCI includes new construction inspections,
structural repairs, and renovations of existing properties. I have extensive experience
working with mortgage and appraisal management companies and can provide detailed
reports and documentation that meet all necessary requirements.
I understand that the safety and compliance of a property are of utmost importance,
and I take this responsibility very seriously. I provide efficient, reliable, and thorough
inspections to ensure that all properties meet the highest standards of safety and
compliance.
